This Not That: Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray

This might be an embarrassing confession for the internet, but am I the only one who thought setting sprays were only for marathon makeup days? I used to reserve them for long office hours or weddings, but it never occurred to me they could be lifesavers for even a few short hours of makeup wear. No? Just me? Okay, great.

Today, I’m proud to share that I always use a setting spray when doing my makeup (Look, I might not be the quickest, but I get there eventually). I had a few friends swear by Urban Decay and Charlotte Tilbury as their “holy grail,” but the makeup separation I experienced with both was a major letdown. I tried this “dupe,” and while it might not be an exact match for UD, it’s become my favorite. And it’s literally half the price. I love the quick-drying finish and how long it lasts. If it can keep my makeup intact all day in our August humidity (aka Satan’s front porch), it has my seal of approval.

If you have oily skin, I’d recommend the Milani setting spray. It really dried me out, which just didn’t work for my super dry skin.
