This Not That: Nutrafol Hair Growth Supplements

Postpartum hair loss is NO JOKE and had me in a tailspin trying to find a way to stop it. I’m not joking when I tell you I tried it all the things: Spironolactone RX, Zenegen Shampoo, Musely, you name it, I tried it. Nutrafol continues to be pushed as some sort of hair loss miracle but I really didn't find it as effective as influencers sold it to be.

My derm recommended Men’s Foam Minoxidil and it was by far the fastest product to sprout regrowth. While foam can be annoying, it was worth the sacrifice of semi-greasy hair for effectiveness. Just make sure you buy the MEN’S, as it’s more potent than the women’s (ugh).
