This Not That: Favorite Supplements

Before committing to any supplement, I highly recommend evaluating your diet first. It might not be as easy, but small tweaks can save you a lot of money. For example, I no longer need to take fish oil because I’ve increased my weekly fish intake. I also don’t need a probiotic anymore because I snack on yogurt most mornings. My dietician created a fantastic slide to show you what changes you can make instead of spending another $50 on a supplement so make sure you swipe to see that chart. If you have any questions, she’s a great resource to reach out to. She really helped me lose fat after I had my third baby.

Here are the supplements that have worked wonders for me.

1.) Pill Organizer: Reduce the number of bottles cluttering your bedside and make travel easier.

2.) Thorne Creatine: MY NUMBER ONE, SHE IS THAT GIRL. If you’re unsure where to start or have a budget for only one supplement, choose this one. It benefits cognitive function, muscle recovery, and muscle building. Still begging @thornehealth to give us a promo code.

3.) Magnesium L-Threonate: Supports overall brain health, including memory, focus, cognition, mood, and sleep.

4,) @heliocare_usa Advanced: Helps support skin health and protects against the aging effects of free radicals. Keeps my melasma at bay during summer.

5.) CoQ10: Promotes optimal heart, brain, and immune function, and provides antioxidant support. Have been taking since I went through IVF and will never stop.

6.) @earlybirdcbd: When I need extra help falling asleep, this is my go-to. It doesn’t make me groggy the next day.

7.) Bye Bye Bloat: Perfect for those gassy days (I really need to stop talking about my gas on this app).

Honorable mentions: Zyrtec for helping me survive another southern spring and Buspirone for making me feel like the world isn’t ending everyday 🥰
